Power Pop Punk
To Live or Live Not
by Duncan Reid and the Big Heads
Hi all. We are Duncan Reid and the Big Heads, purveyors of Indie Pop Punk from London. This is the lead track from our new Album "Don't Blame Yourself" about one man's desperate urge to run away to Caracas to find a girl who plays maracas.
We're Pardon Us from Liverpool. Here's the first of two singles written fuelled by rage, coffee and non-alcoholic beer of variable quality in the run up to our debut album (out July 2019). This is our tribute to the most deluded PM in British history....
Power Pop superhero, Tommy Keene, was a friend of the band. He passed away Thanksgiving of 2017. I noticed someone had posted RIP Tommy Keene on social media. I was numb the rest of the night. I emailed him but never got a response. I wrote this song as an an homage to him and his musical stylings.
I'm Mikel, guitarist in The Lemonaids. Love Hearts is my side project - short and sweet pop punk love songs, all taken from the messages found on love hearts candy. It's sugary and addictive powerpop punk in 2 minute bites.
